Whether delivered as a full in-house programme or accessed through our Open Academy, the Academy offers practical communication, interpersonal, leadership, and management skills through bite-sized online learning—designed to fit around busy lives and demanding schedules.

Members enjoy videos from specialist facilitators, comprehensive notes, interactive activities, and direct access to live facilitators for questions, feedback and celebrating successes. Designed to supercharge the learning experience, our modules empower you to progress at your own pace and seamlessly integrate sessions into your busy schedule.

The Academy is structured around six logical, easy-to-follow themes, each designed to build essential leadership and interpersonal skills in manageable steps. When you first join, you'll have immediate access to two core elements: Getting Started and the Wellbeing Theme. These provide a solid foundation and give you time to get familiar with the Academy’s approach. Once you’ve had time to explore and reflect on these, the remaining five themes will unlock gradually—allowing you to move forward at a pace that suits you, without feeling overwhelmed.

All modules are designed to meet professional standards. Our Dealing with Stress and Pressure module within the Wellbeing theme has already received CPD accreditation, with eight more modules currently under assessment. We’re committed to submitting all remaining modules until the full Academy is CPD-accredited—ensuring quality you can trust.
